If you are looking for Southern hospitality and good food this ISN'T the place. Steer clear. We rec'd 1/2 full raw frys and sub with deep fried lettuce/tomato, NASTY. VERY RUDE CREW
First time in WV and wanted to have an authentic diner experience and The Owl did not disappoint. Upon entering, our group was greeted by not only the employees, but also the customers. Our waitress even addressed each of us as “Honey.” A fine meal at a fair price with never-ending welcoming and kind words from everyone present. Could not have asked for a better WV experience.
