Picked up cake arrived home 20 minutes later cake was leaning and icing running !! Now I know it’s been hot but I had the air conditioning on in car , it shouldn’t have done that ! Never seen icing like that before , what a waste of money

Everyone was very kind but the birthday cake I ordered for my mom was definitely not what I expected. It was lopsided and the filling was not all the way through the cake. I was honestly surprised after hearing good things about this bakery. I won’t return.

Love the baked goods. The butter cream frosting is to die for.
Called them on a sat afternoon about an hour before close looking for an almond torte cake. The person who answered the phone was polite confirmed they had one and it was ready to go when I got there, 15 minutes before closing. They didn't rush us at all. Cake was delicious!! I will return.

Been a customer of GG for 20 years. Recently the cakes are very sloppy, uneven and expensive. Also ordered a cake for my grandson 2nd Birthday was to pick up on Friday,,, I called, and told them I would be there Saturday morning as the day got away from me, to reassure them I’d be there and wasn’t sticking them with a cake.
They called at 9:30am Saturday wanting to know what time I’d be there and if I could pay over the phone because it’s a $100 cake and they didn’t want to get stuck with it. Um hello that’s why I called Friday.
Terrible customer service and attitude, esp for a long time customer and like I said cakes just aren’t the way they used to be.
