Starbucks is a popular spot for coffee lovers. While some employees stand out for their excellent service, others may need improvement. The caramel ribbon crunch is a fan favorite, with one reviewer ordering two large cups, only to receive small cups and being charged for large ones. Another employee was more concerned with chatting with a coworker than fulfilling orders. However, other staff members, such as Autumn, are warm and friendly, making customers feel welcome.
