Latin Appalachian is an excellent place to grab a meal in Welch. We've had a good portion of their menu and never left disappointed. From fajitas to loaded nachos, they have something for everyone. Try the cactus, it's differently delicious. As with all small owner run businesses, it's always best to give a call to make sure they are open before making the trip.
I've gotten a few of the daily specials and they're spot on. The staff are very nice w/ customers. They have a good selection of foods to choose from. I recommend this place if you like Mexican food.

Fabulous food-- my husband had the birria tacos and I had the birria ramen. Very good rice and beans and nopales. Only one table to sit at for now as renovations happen. We loved it!
