Pretty good steak sub but my gf said he sub was dry but still good and the price was great and the employee making the sub was really friendly. We dined in while me and my gf waiting for the bus and the experience was good. Recommend it if you in the mood for a sub.Parking: you have plenty of parking

Manager at this location saved a young woman who had overdosed in their restroom, he went above and beyond his duties as a manager and became a hero, I hope this location recognizes what a great manager they have and how lucky they are he was there

so unprofessional & wouldn’t give me a refund or make it right with me for messing up my subs they was nasty and i placed an online order the bogo & i asked for light lettuce and they loaded my sub down with it! The worker's are amazing, friendly and humorous...Yet they smile and continue to be awesome even when a hateful person walks in with a really bad attitude...Every one of them deserve a bonus...Jackie, Denise, Terry, Jamie, Donna, Deanna and KassieA lot of the ATV people are rude to the worker's and the worker's just keep making their sandwiches over looking the attitude they they are getting...They also leave a huge mess, mud and trash on the floors, tables and walls... And the subway team gets it up as fast as they can.One guy smacked a worker's hand just because he didn't want a receipt she didn't know because he never told her he didn't want one, just smacked her hand and said keep that then grabbed his money...I say go team Subway in welch WV...But leave a huge tip for the sandwhich artist cause they are awesome

tried calling Subway on 3/5/21 to place my order 5 times without receiving an answer. Upon arriving I tried to follow Covid policy and went to the drive-thru. There was one car out front when I pulled up. I waited 15 minutes watching the server check out numerous customers before tapping on the window. After another 5 minutes she came to the window and informed me she would get me after she cleared her customers out on the inside. I expressed I had been waiting 20 minutes and would just go to McDonald's. Looking back I should have said I'm a customer too. When I pulled out there were numerous cars out front. Therefore, I had been placed behind them all. She was an older lady so I overlooked her being hateful toward me. A coworker came to me yesterday telling me how rude she was to her as well due to not wanting to bill people separately for the orders she picked up.
