I hate leaving bad reviews, and normally I just let stuff go but, I've visited this dunkin 3 times and all 3 times they've all been extremely confused of how things work. #1. Regardless of if you pay with cash or card you still scan the app so the person gets their points. They literally told me they couldnt scan my app because I paid with cash ... like what ? So I didnt get my points which is bs. Then I went to get my reward off my app and that was apparently confusing for them...read full review
I thought it was perfect! Workers were nice and helpful and patient,the food/drinks turned out perfect!

Despite this, the staff are nice and polite. The restaurant has a lot of potential and is expected to do well once the staff is more organized. Customers like the quality of service and product, especially the donuts, which are sometimes the best they have had from a Dunkin' chain. Overall, Dunkin' is a good option for a quick bite, with friendly staff and a variety of menu items, including coffee, bagels, and donuts.
