This barbecue joint is a hidden gem. They have a wide variety of options from traditional pulled pork BBQ to smash burgers to tacos. All of which are excellent. Their Mac and cheese is 10/10 and can be ordered as a topping or as a side leaving no excuse not to try it.
We went with South Texas Barbecue Company to cater our baby shower based solely on the recommendations of others and it was the best decision! The food was delicious. We received so many compliments and would highly recommend them for any event or even just for dinner one night.
I've had lunch and dinner takeout here before a few years ago, which is very good. But when I noticed STBC started serving breakfast, I had to stop this morning!
