I haven't experienced what a lot of others have. Everything was great. About 10 minutes of wait time. Very clean atmosphere and kind staff. Keep it up!
There were three of us who met for coffee etc. One of us had soup and sandwich. Two of us had coffee and either a muffin or a scone. I would go back. The only negative comment i would make was about the staff. They were not overly welcoming.
Food was great and the service was friendly.

Panera offers coffee, soup, sandwich, muffin and scone for a group of three. The broccoli cheese soup is described as number one and the food is called delicious. Service is noted as friendly, prompt, welcoming and the atmosphere inside is fabulous, clean and inviting. Customers customize menu items and the coffee is on point. Some visitors mention difficulty with the front door and the wall system for order status, which is hard to see and can make the wait longer. Staff and manager are sometimes not overly welcoming and may not be offering help when a tray is needed. Forgetting croutons or stale croutons, forgetting tortilla strips, a chocolate croissant, toasted cinnamon, crunch bagel with cream cheese, or a sandwich with meat on the outside are stale or not toasted. One dinner took almost 20 minutes, the serving sizes were disappointing for what I paid and they will never go back to this location.
