I sat at the bar for 25 minutes and no one noticed me. No water, no hello, nothing. The food is good if you get served.
When traveling I like to try local places when able. I’ve found myself in Wheeling to photograph the Cathedral. Anyway, I stopped in for dinner, was seated quickly and water received immediately. I kept it simple and just had the burger with fries. It was cooked perfectly and arrived pretty quickly. (This place is not a burger joint, the have options, such as lamb for example.)

Drinks were great, The Mussels Diablo were delicious, the Seared Scallops with Asparagus and Risotta were amazing, and the Braised Lamb Shank just fell off the bone, so tender and delicious; and the Saffron Risotta was equally as delicious. Unfortunately we did not have room left for desserts...next time. Very nice atmosphere to enjoy each other's company.
