Lunch outside on the patio was great. A lot of pick up is done here. Wait staff was great. We had a bacon burger, steak salad and stir fry. Everything was GREAT!

The Ruben sandwich was great. I had Strawberry shortcake for dessert. Everything was amazing. Total was just under $28 for everything and iced tea.
The tasty appetizer platter and various beers on tap are worth it. Luke was an attentive server and I recommend River City when you're in Wheeling!
