“Food was very good, except the chicken salad. It had a lot of boiled egg in it, which I was not expecting and it turned me off. Everything else was very tasty. Service was great for our large party, except the wait was longer than the 25 minutes we were quoted by quite a bit. Once we were seated, things went great. Will return again, just won't order chicken salad.“
“I gave the Food a 4 based only on my food order only. We had 3 in our party - two guests ordered the smash burger and they were very happy. I ordered Greek salad, because it was always my favorite, but unfortunately i was extremely disappointed. It is NOT the Greek salad as i remember when George owned the business. It's been a while since I've ordered this salad but it just sounded good today. The salad was basically a large tossed salad including lettuce, hard boiled eggs, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers with kalamata olives and feta cheese. The dressing was Italian. I asked for Greek dressing and was told they use house dressing. No crackers were served on the side. I ate the olives, feta cheese, hard boiled egg and smidgen lettuce. If you are familiar with the original Greek salad served at the Bridge Tavern, do not order this. It doesn't even come close. We will continue to return to the Bridge, because we like the atmosphere, service and most of their food. I will never order this salad again.“
“I love this restaurant. The food is incredible. I didn't think I liked crepes, and the idea of a savory crepe was difficult to imagine. Boy, was I wrong! So good! Everything on the menu is delicious. This is my favorite restaurant in Wheeling. Prices might feel a little steep, but they are worth it for the quality. I wish they had more tables, but that might ruin the ambiance and even the consistency of the food. Try this place next time you're in Wheeling.“

“Although this wasn't our first visit, we all want to express how much we love this place. We all enjoyed the warm blue cheese dip and our dinners: perfect steak, the seafood special, the salmon, and the butternut squash ravioli. We sampled each other's food so all could appreciate the flavors. We'll be back again.“
“I haven't eaten here in quite a while till the other day. I had their daily special which was a 1/2 chicken bacon ranch hoagie and french fries...omg it was delicious!!!! Fries were nice and crispy and fresh. Go people you won't regret it.“
“Came in for breakfast on a rainy Saturday morning and it was pretty busy. Our waitress Courtney was super welcoming and friendly despite how busy it was. Food was amazing and fast. Courtney continued to check in with us and didn't make us feel like a burden. Very fun vibe with some cool art on the walls. Will definitely stop in again next time we are in town.“

“My wife and I were fortunate to find this gem located at the centre market area in wheeling, WV. The waitress we had made us feel right at home and because of this experience we went back the following day. Also I need to give a shout out to the cooks who prepare the delicious meals. If we ever venture back to the Wheeling area the Market Vines would be on our radar.“

The staff that took care of our family during that event were very polite and professional. The work ethic and dedication Jeramiah has shown us is unbelievable. “Bizarre experience: we showed up, the diner was half-empty, and we were told that if we did not have reservations there was an hour wait. When I asked if we could be put on a waitlist we were promptly seated in one of the empty booths. Our server came over to the table and said that we could order drinks, but implied that we could not order food until the reservations showed up... So we ordered our drinks, and the waiter informed us that the kitchen was rapidly running out of food options (but it was okay because they weren't anything that we were going to order.) One couple with reservations came in and was seated in the booth next to us. The place was still about half full, yet everyone coming in without reservations was turned away. Our waiter got the reserved table their drinks then asked what they wanted to order for food. After that, he came to our table and took our order. We got the jalepeno poppers, chicken and the fisherman's pie. Other than no other reservations ever showing up and the place remaining about half-empty the entire time we were there, the service was pretty standard and the food was excellent. I probably wouldn't go back because I'm from out of town and will probably never go to Wheeling again.“

“My husband and I love this restraunt/bar. It's a wonderful place to dine with family, or at the bar for adult time! The food is amazing! My favorite is Abbeys pasta special, and my husbands us the shrimp scampi...I am thoroughly impressed!“
