“Food was very good, except the chicken salad. It had a lot of boiled egg in it, which I was not expecting and it turned me off. Everything else was very tasty. Service was great for our large party, except the wait was longer than the 25 minutes we were quoted by quite a bit. Once we were seated, things went great. Will return again, just won't order chicken salad.“
“I love this restaurant. The food is incredible. I didn't think I liked crepes, and the idea of a savory crepe was difficult to imagine. Boy, was I wrong! So good! Everything on the menu is delicious. This is my favorite restaurant in Wheeling. Prices might feel a little steep, but they are worth it for the quality. I wish they had more tables, but that might ruin the ambiance and even the consistency of the food. Try this place next time you're in Wheeling.“
“I gave the Food a 4 based only on my food order only. We had 3 in our party - two guests ordered the smash burger and they were very happy. I ordered Greek salad, because it was always my favorite, but unfortunately i was extremely disappointed. It is NOT the Greek salad as i remember when George owned the business. It's been a while since I've ordered this salad but it just sounded good today. The salad was basically a large tossed salad including lettuce, hard boiled eggs, green peppers, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers with kalamata olives and feta cheese. The dressing was Italian. I asked for Greek dressing and was told they use house dressing. No crackers were served on the side. I ate the olives, feta cheese, hard boiled egg and smidgen lettuce. If you are familiar with the original Greek salad served at the Bridge Tavern, do not order this. It doesn't even come close. We will continue to return to the Bridge, because we like the atmosphere, service and most of their food. I will never order this salad again.“

“Came in for breakfast on a rainy Saturday morning and it was pretty busy. Our waitress Courtney was super welcoming and friendly despite how busy it was. Food was amazing and fast. Courtney continued to check in with us and didn't make us feel like a burden. Very fun vibe with some cool art on the walls. Will definitely stop in again next time we are in town.“

“There's nothing like eating a delicious meal with such beautiful decorations all around you. On top of that, our waiter was excellent and the food was fairly priced, in other words, not hard on the wallet at all. There is plenty of parking and if you take the kids, they will also enjoy the beautiful scenery inside. You don't have to go out of town for a good meal which makes it a 10 in my book with the cost of gas nowadays.“

“So many of these reviews have to be people who live in town and want free food and probably repeat this behavior over and over. This place is great. I don't believe anyone showing a picture of food spread around a plate half eaten saying it was bad. Great wings, ribs, steak, and the baked potatoes are always great. They should stop comping meals, and the 3% of bad review will slowly disappear because the free loaders won't come around anymore.“

“Bizarre experience: we showed up, the diner was half-empty, and we were told that if we did not have reservations there was an hour wait. When I asked if we could be put on a waitlist we were promptly seated in one of the empty booths. Our server came over to the table and said that we could order drinks, but implied that we could not order food until the reservations showed up... So we ordered our drinks, and the waiter informed us that the kitchen was rapidly running out of food options (but it was okay because they weren't anything that we were going to order.) One couple with reservations came in and was seated in the booth next to us. The place was still about half full, yet everyone coming in without reservations was turned away. Our waiter got the reserved table their drinks then asked what they wanted to order for food. After that, he came to our table and took our order. We got the jalepeno poppers, chicken and the fisherman's pie. Other than no other reservations ever showing up and the place remaining about half-empty the entire time we were there, the service was pretty standard and the food was excellent. I probably wouldn't go back because I'm from out of town and will probably never go to Wheeling again.“

“I took a day trip to bellaire on a Wednesday, and this was the nearest pool hall, so I took the drive up. I was a little confused at first, but there's two businesses at the address. The tables are great and if you go there to play pool, you'll have a delightful time. 10/10 recommend.“

“My husband and I were craving a Cuban sandwich so needless to say, my search lead us to Pickles Eatery & Bar. I called ahead and ordered to Cuban sandwiches, one with chips and one with fries. Let me start by saying the potato chips and fries are made in house, no bagged or frozen potatoes. Totally awesome. The Cuban sandwiches were more than we expected. Pressed perfectly, lots of savory pork and all the other fixings that only come with Cuban sandwiches. Well done Pickles Eatery!! You guys rock!!!! Thank you!!“
“I had the country fried steak dinner, and it was honestly the best country fried steak I have ever had. They put some sort of sauce on it that made it extra tasty. My wife got chicken tenders and fries. The tenders were cooked perfectly. The only downside sides to the food were the baked potato, which was cooked fine, but had little flavor, and the ketchup tasted a little off. Our serve was fantastic and managed our table and the bar with ease. The only downside was the bar atmosphere. My wife and I do not usually go to bars, so the dank lighting is a little off putting for us. Overall, a very nice meal and great service.“
