“It was late at night and I needed a place to stay so an employee went and cleaned a room for me, no other place would ever do that and for that I am thankful! They are friendly and helpful. And their rooms are cozy and make you feel right at home! And they have the lowest prices around!!“

This historic 1848 inn in Wellsburg feels like stepping back in time – the rustic charm, cozy fireplaces, vintage decor, and that quirky basement tavern create an atmosphere that's warm, welcoming, and utterly unique. It's the perfect blend of history and comfort that makes every meal feel special. But let's talk about the real star: the wings. Oh my goodness, they are legendary for a reason! Jumbo-sized, perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and tossed in sauces that are packed with flavor. I always go for a mix – the classic Hot for that ideal kick, Garlic Parmesan for creamy goodness, and if I'm feeling brave, the Atomic to test my limits (it's intense but so worth it!). No matter the flavor, they're consistently phenomenal – easily the best wings not just in West Virginia, but anywhere I've tried. Paired with their broasted chicken or ribs, it's comfort food heaven. “First time to this establishment today. I just had to write a review. When we first arrived we were a little nervous bc of the condition of the outside deck and entrance but we decided to give it a try. I headed straight to the restroom….big mistake. I was seriously contemplating leaving after that experience. Smelly (like sewer gas smell not from someone using restroom), dirty and just old and run down. But the person I was with was already seated & placed drink order so we stayed. The waitress was friendly enough but we told her we’d never been there before and she didn’t bother to tell us anything about specials or the menu or anything. So we ordered. I got the club sandwich with house chips, the other got the Philly sandwich and upgraded to sweet potato fries. The food was fast to come out and we were pleasantly surprised how good it looked and with the portion size. The waitress did get us refills and check on us. As we sat there we noticed how EXTREMELY FILTHY the large a/c vent grate on the wall near us was. Looked like it hadn’t been dusted or wiped down in years. And the people at the table next to us were commenting on how disgustingly filthy the wood floors were. The gentleman said it looked like it needed degreaser dumped on it and mopped about twenty times over. He also commented how ashamed he’d be if he owned a place that looked like this. I agree. The place filled up while we were there and all the food looked amazing. I saw so many items I’d like to try but…. Although we were impressed with the food I’m not sure I will ever go back. Just too dirty for me. Such a shame.“

“While visiting the Pittsburgh area for a wedding, I had to make a stop at a local favorite. Everyone knows about Primanti Bros., but Eat’n Park deserves plenty of recognition too.

We were seated near the back of the restaurant with a nice view out the windows as a tremendous storm rolled through the area. It made for a memorable backdrop to dinner.

Eat’n Park is famous for its Smiley Cookies and Super Burgers, so I went with the Super Burger and paired it with my favorite soda, a root beer. We were dining with friends and their son, and our son thoroughly enjoyed the mac and cheese and vegetables, which disappeared in record time.

The food did take a little longer than expected to arrive, but with two young kids at the table, we found ways to stay entertained while we waited. Once the food arrived, it was well worth it. The burger was delicious, and everyone left happy.

The best part? Walking out with Smiley Cookies in hand, memories made with friends, and a reason to come back the next time we’re in the area. A classic local spot that delivers good food, family-friendly service, and a taste of the community. Highly recommended! 🍔🍪“

“We love Texas Roadhouse. My only complaint is WHY does it have to be so cold in here??? Especially in the summer wearing summer clothing. It’s miserable to eat inside and the food gets cold immediately.“

“10-26-2023. My lovely bride, Betty, and I dined at Undo's in Weirton, West Virginia this evening. Betty had Ravioli and Meatballs, and I had Sausage, Pepper, and Cheese Stromboli. My Stromboli was fantastic. It was served hot with a marinara sauce. The cheese bread was awesome, as was the garlic butter that came with the bread. I noticed another Google reviewer stated that Undo's food was fake. I doubt it. The food was great, some of the best in the area, and the service was awesome. Kayla took excellent care of Betty and me. She made sure our drinks stayed full and checked on us several times. In Myrtle Beach, where we live, there are over 1,500 restaurants to choose from, and we eat at only ten or so. If we had an Undo's down at the beach, it would be included in our favorite Italian places, just like Angelo's is down there. I recommend Kayla and the Weirton Undo's to family and friends.“

“We got there around 730ish on sept 18th and we had the sweetest server her name was Joyce she was such a great server, she helped my husband with the menu and she kept out drinks full and napkins coming 😀 our food was out of this world my husband got the super super burger with fries and salad bar and i got the 2 piece baked cod with fries and salad bar and the food was nice and hot and on point. salad bar was clean and well stocked for the time of the night. The establishment was nice and clean and looked great. I sure miss the cookies but I got one.. coming in here tonight makes me miss working for eaten park. Thanks again Joyce your the best....“

“My husband & I just enjoyed a nice breakfast for dinner from this location. First off, our server, Leah, is amazing! We had her our last visit also, so we knew she would provide a wonderful experience. We ordered & our food was out within 7-10 minutes, that's including all our modifications- like extra crispy bacon & extra crispy hashbrowns. The food looked & tasted DELICIOUS! We usually frequent another location, which is closer to home, but we will be returning to this location for now on. “The server we had was great, though it did take a bit to get our main entree, I'm sure this was just because we got there so late (1 hour to close) most everyone was cleaning up for closing for the most part. Food was good, can't really say much for atmosphere as there were very few people still dining and workers were all doing their jobs so they could get home and not be there all night which I don't blame them one bit...but everything was clean and inviting, food was hot and fresh, can't complain about anything really.“

The renovations are great and the food selection is top notch . It’s great to see a local business flourish. With challenging economic times, success is only driven by good people who work hard.
