Jasper and Mallori are my favorites at the window. Just honestly two of the most helpful, kindest people at this location. I caught Jasper a few weeks ago when he was running the window and making food and it was the best bacon, egg and cheese bagel I’ve ever had. I wish he could do everything but he’s only one person. Mallori gives the most amazing suggestions too. I’ve tried everything on the menu at this point thanks to her. What a great team!
I came here for an early dinner last week, and I was really impressed. I got the focaccia caprese sandwich and a side of creamy tomato soup. Both were really tasty and the sandwich tasted really fresh. The staff were really kind, the front cashier even got our plates for us and brought them to our table. The restaurant was clean. I'll definitely be back.
Aiden took our order right away and actually delivered the food to our table. When the register was slow, he kept busy cleaning tables, clearing the bus tubs, even offering to clear empty dishes from tables like you'd expect at a full service restaurant. I highly recommend this Panera.

However, there are consistent complaints about specific locations. A major issue is cross-contamination of flavors, such as cinnamon crunch bagels tasting of everything bagels. Orders can sometimes be incomplete or incorrect, with salads arriving with dressing already on them instead of on the side. Portion sizes are sometimes disappointing, with sandwiches and salads having barely any meat. Some locations lack a welcoming environment, missing basic condiments like salt, pepper, butter, and coffee mixers on the counters, and have limited inside seating. There is also a rare mention of leftovers being thrown out after a customer later felt unwell.
Despite these problems, many customers recommend Panera, especially newer locations with good service and clean environments, and state they will return.
