Outstanding Service from Christina at The Greenbrier During our recent stay at The Greenbrier, we had the absolute pleasure of being served by Christina. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel genuinely welcomed with her warm smile and professional yet personable demeanor. Christina’s knowledge of the menu was impressive, and her recommendations were spot on. She anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, ensuring our drinks were always full and our meals arrived at the perfect pace. Her attention to detail, kindness, and exceptional service elevated our dining experience beyond expectations. What truly stood out was Christina’s ability to make us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. Her friendly nature and dedication to providing top-notch service made our evening all the more memorable. If you’re dining at The Greenbrier, I highly recommend requesting Christina. She is a true asset to the team, and we can’t wait to return and experience her outstanding hospitality again!

I had the barrel aged burger with sweet potatoes fries and banana peanut butter shake for lunch. The burger was tender , juicy and cooked perfectly. The shake was very thick. Well worth the $26. I was so full that I didn't need dinner.

I ordered Mr. Jackson fried chicken. For 34$ for this entree, I expected more tatse from the fried chicken with mash potatoes and mac n cheese. Instead, I got below average non-seasoned fried chicken. I'd rather get chicken from KFC for 1/3 of the price. Not only was the food average at best, but they automatically added service charge so when you and another person order the bill, it can end up being over 100+. Which is not worth it at all for what you get. Go to KFC if you're really that hungry.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Draper's Restaurant at The Greenbrier, and it was a delightful experience. The burger was exceptional—perfectly cooked, juicy, and bursting with flavor. The fries were equally impressive, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, complementing the burger perfectly.

While Draper's is on the pricier side, the value you receive is well worth it. The quality of the food, the ambiance, and the overall dining experience make it a great choice for a special meal. The service was outstanding, with the staff being both fast and friendly, ensuring that we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our visit.

The charming and elegant atmosphere of Draper's adds to the overall enjoyment, making it a perfect spot for both casual meals and special occasions. I highly recommend Draper's Restaurant at The Greenbrier for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable dining experience with excellent food and top-notch service.

I tried to cancel the last night of my 4 night stay and they wouldn’t let me. I requested a meeting and and no one seems to be willing to speak with me. Very frustrating dealing with these greedy people.

We visited this restaurant today and it was our first time. The place is decorated lovely. It’s like you’re stepping back in time. We got seated right away. Our waiter came over and asked if we were ready to order. He never told us his name or smiled. We needed a few minutes so he walked away. When he came back I was asking about some of the food items. He did not seem interested to be there waiting on us.

The food itself was amazing. We got the spinach dip appetizer and hubby got Shrinp & Grits and I got the Kate Salad. Everything tasted amazing.

When our waiter came over with the check, he did not put it down nor was their itemized slip in there. We handed over our credit card. It seemed expensive, so I asked my husband if we got the itemized bill. We did not, so we called the waiter over and he gave it to us. So, now we know it seemed expensive, because they already added the 20% tip. The waiter was going to skip giving us the printout so we could leave another tip. Plus, if you did not give someone a handout of the itemized bill, then at least tell them tip is included.

So. food was amazing, place is decorated adorable and service is subpar.

Amazing chicken, great service, wonderful milkshake… but ew, ever tried to drink one with a paper straw? Yuk . Really don’t like their own tipping system. But the resort and hospitality is awesome.
