This was surprisingly one of the beat filet dinners I have had. We eat out a lot mostly at mid to upper dining establishments (not Apple Bee or similar) We rolled into town for the Bunker tour at Greenbrier and stayed at the SchoolHouse hotel. My husband and I were in visiting family and decided to have dinner at the The Varisty Club. The resultant and The school house is very cool and has a nice atmosphere. The drink were good and the food was ok. To us it wasn’t worth the price, even more so for a small town. We both got the ribeye, my brother got a hamburger and my sister in law got the filet mignon.
