The Varsity Club Reviews
We had a wonderful date night at The Varsity Club. Started the meal with some butternut squash ravioli then main course Smash burger with Caramelized onions and house sauce with a side of seasoned crispy fries and for desert the brownie with bacon ice cream and all the extra yumminess. Highly recommend and we will be back! Staff was amazing!!!!
I went in with family and had a great time. The food was phenomenal, and service spectacular. The salmon i had as my entree was the best i have had in a long time. Everyone else in my party enjoyed their meals as well
POOR SERVICE. WOW, food is very good but our waitress was horrible this evening. We have been to this restaurant previously and always been impressed. Brought a friend in town for dinner and tonight was a different story, we will NEVER be back. I don’t typically leave reviews but for the price of food at this restaurant I’d expect someone to at least act like they halfway cared. Go somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

The Varsity Club is a unique and charming restaurant located in a former schoolhouse. The menu offers a diverse selection to cater to various tastes, with the she crab soup and the steak, pork chop, and salads receiving high praise for their exceptional quality. The service is reported to be excellent, and the restaurant is highly recommended.
However, the establishment can get quite crowded, especially on weekends, and the staff may struggle to keep up with the demand. Reservations are advised, particularly on busy nights. The prices are considered premium, but the limited dining options in the area make it a viable choice.
The food quality is generally good, with the scallops and steaks being highlights. The atmosphere and the transformation of the former schoolhouse are noted as interesting features of the restaurant. Customers have enjoyed the pasta with tiger shrimp and crab, as well as the perfectly cooked lamb loin. The desserts, such as the chocolate mousse and the bread pudding, have received mixed reviews, with the bread pudding's sauce being too thin. The rolls were also noted as tasting store-bought.
Overall, The Varsity Club offers a unique dining experience in a charming setting, with a menu that caters to various tastes, though some dishes may need improvement in terms of seasoning and presentation.
