Shaun catered our welcome party before our wedding and he did an amazing job. We had a full spread of street tacos and chips and dips. His food was really good and we felt like it was a great value. Shaun was friendly and easy to work with leading up to the event. If we ever host a large party again, we would certainly look to him first and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a caterer for their event!

The meals were amazing the service was exceptional I would highly recommend this business for your catering needs. I am not a fan of key lime pie but Stuft key lime pie was simply divine you have to try it to believe it.

He expertly prepared a delicious fresh meal that I could then share with friends immediately after finishing a day long bike race (Lotoja). He even went above and beyond and brought the food to me! I found Shaun’s cooking to be a medley of creative flavors. The fish tacos I had were very filling! The vegetables he used for the pico de Gallo and the coleslaw were obviously fresh. And the homemade horchata is through-the-roof DELICIOUS. Best I’ve ever had in my life.
My husband had the firecracker chicken, which is kind of hard to imagine just going off of the name, but it was very tender, flavorful chicken topped with homemade sweet (but mild!) sriracha sauce. This is served with a sweet coleslaw. But, I stole a little chicken and combined it with some cilantro-lime rice, and this island girl was VERY happy!
The restaurant is very clean. The ambiance was relaxed. I hope you’ll go there and obtain your own impressions of Shaun’s creative cooking!
