“As their website states : "The Virginian restaurant at the Occidental Hotel is named after Owen Wister's immortal novel "The Virginian." " My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal and experience here; although the wine list could use improvement with more of a selection. We each ordered filet mignon wrapped in bacon with sides. The steaks were cooked to order perfectly and delicious. Dessert was cherry pie for my husband and creme brulee for me. We reserved a window seat, and it was very cozy and private. It's definitely a treat if you're in the area.“
