“Best coffee in Casper, hands down. And their bakery items, banana bread and quiche, were fabulous. Really, the rest of the coffee shops need to up their game to even be competing against the quality of The Pig—I’ll stop in every time we close to Casper!!“
“Came here for dessert and it was just what we needed. There were a ton of flavors to choose from and a multitude of toppings. The lady running the place was very friendly and patient with us while we looked through everything. We got the smallest size bowl they had and it held quite a bit of frozen yogurt. Overall nice experience and you can't beat a soft-serve bowl of frozen treats.“
“Great atmosphere and espresso. Truly one of my favorite coffee shops. I diverged a bit from my traditional Americano/drip coffee and got a "Spicy" Oatmilk Chai. It was way over-sweetened and had the texture of condensed milk even at fairly high temperature. I had the barista dump out a bit of it and replace it with hot water. Still a little too sweet for a Spicy Chai but it became somewhat drinkable. I had also requested it to be extra-hot since I didn't want to start drinking it right away. They assured me it was "pretty hot" to which I replied "hotter would be better". They didn't steam it any longer after my request and it came out at about 140 degrees which is on the low end of acceptable hotness for a latte-style drink.“
“Thank you Blue Ridge I love your vanilla iced coffee and chicken avacado with pasta salad I love it everytime it’s sooo good!! Breakfast is wonderful here too especially everything bagels with whipped cream cheese tomatoes and red onions delicious!! “Brilliant place but couldn’t stop my self from looking once I smelt a wonderful smell that blessed me. I was almost shocked to see that amazing smell coming from a funny looking boglim in the corner with his carer or mom? Making the most strange noises like “joshie” and talking to him self. He was definitely on class A and it’s a shame to see an amazing business like this suffer from the bad crowd. Never the less it was an enjoyable experience and will definitely be back hope the entertainment is as good as the last time I went“
