All the employees are friendly. Coffee is delicious and makes you get adventurous with your coffee choices. Delicious breakfast and sandwiches. I have been to 2 of the locations. The one in Cody is beautiful, great place to sit with family or friends and visit.
Let me start by saying I usually love sips and their coffees but the last 3-4 times I have been there I’ve been getting half a coffee and the rest is either empty or filled with foam. If I order a 20oz drink I don’t want 10oz and the rest foam or empty. It’s so frustrating and unfortunately I don’t think I will be going there anymore as I want to make sure I get my moneys worth.
idk about your other locations. but the newcastle location is SO SLOW. like definitely do not stop if u want to grab a coffee in a hurry. I have waiting 15 minutes AT THE WINDOW after ordering 1 drink off the menu and no alterations either. Just one drink. 15 mins. its also almost twice the price as the other coffee shops in town. unless they get much faster I dont for see it lasting here honestly. ordering ahead of time doesnt help either. friend ordered for pick up online at...read full review
