Was happy with my Big Mac meal. Fries were hot and tasty. I waited a little while to get it, maybe 8 to 10 minutes. Place looked nice and clean.
Stopped at this McDonald's in Casper because we needed to use the restroom. Ordered a two-cheeseburger meal at the kiosk and waited about 8 minutes. Our order was placed in the pickup cubby without anyone calling it, and I had to ask for my drink cup. The large fries were barely filled and already lukewarm and soggy after only seconds in the bag. The cheeseburgers were the worst I've had from McDonald's—the wrapper wasn't even folded around one of them, so it was just sitting...read full review

The burgers here can look sloppy, as if made by employees who just threw everything together. Fries have been cold, tasting like they were made earlier. Some deliveries have forgotten sauces and drinking straws. However, some customers never have a bad experience, with employees always nice and food as expected. Mobile orders might take time, and drinks may need to be asked for, though the staff is friendly, possibly overworked.
