They always get my order wrong and the management is rude, I try to be understanding because i get that fast food can be a stressful workplace environment but seriously it's every single time i go there they mess up my order
My pineapple mango refresher was full of coffee grounds (confirmed by management) his words “those are coffee grounds, they must not have been careful when they made it, I’ll make you a new one” I paid for extra boba (.98) and got the normal amount as well. But it’s the high school drive thru workers as it has happens a few times. They also do not give you any straws if you door dash.
Ask Ronald McDonald for an open hand kiss. Trust.

Employees "hussle" to deliver orders promptly, making it worth the extra effort to visit this establishment. The burgers here can look sloppy, as if made by employees who just threw everything together. Fries have been cold, tasting like they were made earlier. Some deliveries have forgotten sauces and drinking straws. However, some customers never have a bad experience, with employees always nice and food as expected. Mobile orders might take time, and drinks may need to be asked for, though the staff is friendly, possibly overworked.
