“EXPENSIVE for what it is... The food is DELICIOUS and it has a nifty classic Americana diner type feel to its atmosphere. If it wasn't for the price it would easily be a high 5 stars instead though it's a low 4 for me.

Parking: Strip mall parking lot, so it can be easy or very difficult to find a parking spot dependent on the time of day.

Kid-friendliness: Nothing to attract kids although the pictures and decor will entertain those able to read. The menu options may be a little "complex" for younger children.“

We've had a running joke about Taco Bell. In Lincoln NE, they were always freezing and slow. When we got here, during the noon hour, there was a long line in the drive through. We went inside, ordered, got our food very quickly and it is comfortable inside. Great Job!“

“I was very hesitant to actually give them another try because the oles were so salty the first time I tried, they were inedible. However! I've been a big fan of their guacamole which reminds me of Wholly Guac, that they offer with the oles. I've tried a few different things and have been surprised with the quality and flavor!Found a new spot for quick eats that offers the drinks Taco Bell doesn't.“

“My wife and I travel a lot for business and typically taco bell is our go to due to its consistency.

We tried this Taco Bell the day we moved to Casper and it was the best crunch wrap we had in a really long time.

Tonight was the second time we ate at this location and again their quality of food surpassed our expectations. We've had some awful experiences with Taco Bell's and some standard. This one has definitely set the bar for the quality, freshness and proper ratio. If there is a hard shell it's hard and not stale. The tortillas are soft and not burnt. The lettuce was perfect and the meat to veggie ratios were on point. Even how they bagged our food was amazing. Everytime my wife has ordered a Mexican pizza other locations place it on the bottom and mess it up one way or another, she was pleasantly surprised they put it on top and got the order correct with all the changes she makes to it.

We don't typically eat out when home but I'm happy that we have a fast option of quality food close if needed. It's obvious the managers and shift leaders are training properly and the staff take pride in their work.“

“I have never had a real issue through delivery and walk-in both. The folks here have always been pretty nice, I've always been able to get in, get what I need, and slip out.I do find myself wishing they had better drinks. They're typically out of one thing or other, but it doesn't detract from my delicious sandwich! ?“

There are quite a few of really awesome employees that work at the stores. But, the truly awesome one's work at the store we get our food from and some sadly even over the years of ordering have still maintained a lower level with overall performance and customer service. When I/we place our order, we usually have one store in mind that we order from. Because the pizza dough is usually very well made, as well as any other food we order off the menu and when we order any drinks or extra sauce we receive them. In my opinion the Pizza Hut store on 13th and Poplar is one of the best stores to not only get great customer service! But, also a wonderful place to get quality food!“
