Odered an 8 piece bucket all dark... and got 8 pieces of legs and thighs. Ken took my order and forgot.... nothing. He forgot nothing. He was actually quite pleasant. :) When I asked for extra mayo on my sandwich, the employee who handed me my food told me they couldn't take it back past the counter to add extra, but they gave me mayo packets instead. Didn't find a dirty glove in my food, so idk. Sorry, Roccina, but I'm definitely going back to this KFC. 10/10 would recommend. :)

The gentleman up front was super cool. (SHOUT OUT TO DAVID!) It's difficult to see kind mannerism in food service these days, and this guy even knew what I wanted before I said anything, which was super cool. (Hey, it's the little things..) They had our order out in no time, and just before I started to walk out, David stopped me to give me some of those delicious honey and butter packets... The chickens delicious, but I have got to have those fluffy, buttery, warm, soft biscuits of pure deliciousness... absolutely wonderful.. Anyway, I definitely recommend this place for you and yours to go and get your grub on!

I had high hopes that this KFC would redeem the brand for me, but it disappointed me. I ordered the Chicken Tenders 16-piece meal. It came with eight biscuits and four sides. I didn't want mashed potatoes and gravy, so I purposely ordered corn, coleslaw, macaroni & cheese, and French fries.I live two-plus hours away, and any mistakes have to be accepted. Imagine my SURPRISE when I lifted the box of biscuits out to get to the chicken underneath but found a dirty, used glove on top of the chicken! I was so shocked that I skipped checking to see that the order was correct (it wasn't). I hardly knew what to write after that. In short, they put two packets of butter in the bag for eight biscuits. There was one spork, many napkins, and mashed potatoes and gravy. There wasn't any macaroni & cheese! One order of French fries, corn, and coleslaw. It was very disappointing that the breaded chicken was mushy instead of crisp. I got all of this for $50+, and no drinks included. For the exorbitant cost, I expected the chicken to be crispy; that IS what they are known for. I expected my order to be correct, and I didn't expect to find dirty used gloves in my order. I won't be back to ANY KFC after this. I have left reviews from different KFC restaurants, and none scored well. Take my advice and get your crispy fried chicken from Caines or Popeyes.

I ordered through the drive through.And ordered a 3 piece meal. She told me they could not give soft drinks because the drink fountain was broken so she said she would give me 10 percent off. I got home and it was only a 2 piece meal and only $1Off for drink. I'm sure if you bought a drink separately it would be more than a dollar.I'm sure I will not ever be back .

Spent over $40 for them to deliver to me and my bearded dragon. My bearded dragon hopped off my shoulder and ran away when he heard the words "no more Double Down" and went into hibernation. Please bring back the Double Down so my beardie will come home.

Didn’t notice unti after eating no soap in the bathroom. Yike! I sure hope the employees wash their hands. The #10 is a waste of money you barely get any chicken. This is why chic fil a is better and doing well! Oh and the charge for water cups. This place is a disappointment.
