The KFC restaurant is a popular fast-food chain that has received positive reviews from its customers. The staff have been praised for their pleasant demeanor, attentiveness, and exceptional customer service. Customers were pleased with the quality of the food, especially the delicious chicken and fluffy, buttery biscuits.
The restaurant has recently received mixed reviews. While one customer highlighted the excellent customer service of a worker named Adam, who ensured their safety and left them very satisfied, another customer had a negative experience with the staff's treatment of senior citizens. The customer described a "screaming match" between the staff and the seniors over the use of coupons, which left a bad impression.
Despite the mixed reviews, the restaurant is generally appreciated for its freshly made food and friendly employees. The drive-through can be a bit slow at times, but the staff are described as "amazing" and "fortunate" to have. The restaurant offers vegetarian and low-carb options, and is wheelchair and kid-friendly.
