“I had an amazing experience at Papa Murphy’s this Thanksgiving weekend! The staff at the Eastside location helped me get a pizza at a lower price by offering one that had been made by mistake and kept in the back fridge. I got a pizza for about $5 and it was still super delicious, such a great deal and very much appreciated.

When I left, the cooking instructions accidentally blew away in the wind. I called the Westside location and spoke with a lady named Ciarra, who went above and beyond by contacting the other store to help me get the information I needed. She truly didn’t have to do that, and I’m very thankful for her kindness and effort.

I’m leaving this review for both locations because the customer service was excellent all around. I will definitely be coming back soon!“

“Dined for my first time at the Steamboat Deli tonight. Three of us shared shrimp scampi and meat lasagna, which were very authentic and delicious. From the asparagus appetizer to the tiramisu, every bite was a culinary delight. The service was also great. I would highly recommend this gem!“

Tried the mushroom chicken on a recommendation. Portions were huge!! I'm used to very miserly portions but that was not the case here! Will come back and try some of their other dishes 😁“

“They can make a good sub most of the time. This last time it was really good. The bread was fresh. I got the pizza sub with meatballs. The veggies were good. The place was clean and I didn't wait too long to place my order and get my sandwich.“

“Over the years I have come to expect many different kinds of quality of service when ordering from the Pizza Hut stores we have here. There are quite a few of really awesome employees that work at the stores. But, the truly awesome one's work at the store we get our food from and some sadly even over the years of ordering have still maintained a lower level with overall performance and customer service. When I/we place our order, we usually have one store in mind that we order from. Because the pizza dough is usually very well made, as well as any other food we order off the menu and when we order any drinks or extra sauce we receive them. In my opinion the Pizza Hut store on 13th and Poplar is one of the best stores to not only get great customer service! But, also a wonderful place to get quality food!“
