The portions of ice cream get smaller and smaller. The sundaes I ordered barely reached the top of the cup. They put lids on but there was no need for those. QC here is non existent. Cmon, you can do better.
Gave this place another try and the service is still terrible. They respond to every review with we are sorry, hope you give us another chance, yet don’t fix the problems. Instead of apologies, you should be offering refunds for the crap you serve. We spent $50, again waited 25 minutes for our cold food! Onion rings were not fully cooked, what are your employees doing when it takes 25 minutes and the food iS not cooked? They tried to shove the food in a bag obviously too...read full review
I love their burgers. They've been doing a good job. The place is clean, service is quick, the product is consistent. They've been putting condiments where customers can grab what they need. It's one of the better fast food places in Cheyenne.
