We went to Epic Egg (R) for brunch and tried two of the 4 vegan items on their menu: Vegan Scramble with an added roated jalapeño, and their Vegan Breakfast Burrito. Both were very goid and made using Just Egg (R). I liked the Vegan Burrito better with it's diced chiles and vegan sausage. It had more zing than the roasted jalapeño which wasn't spicy at all. Epic Egg in Cheyenne, Wyoming, is a breakfast lover’s dream! The blueberry pancakes were the best I have here in Cheyenne. The orange juice was no from concentrate. Our server Alexxandrea was great, despite her only being on staff a week. I will definitely will be going back!
