Napoli's Reviews
The last two times we have made reservations for our birthdays and requested the round room…the first time, last year, they gave our reservation to the group in front of us, who didn’t even have a reservation! Then put us in the back room in the dark! Tonight they gave our reservation to a group of 8 in the round room when we had already requested it for a group of six! We left and won‘t be back! Benny the manager wouldn’t even come out to confront us. Way to lose customers!
Best Italian Restaurant in Cheyenne! Food, Service, Atmosphere, Courteous personal and NEVER a cold meal. 10/10 review
Good atmosphere and reasonably priced. Be sure to let them know that appetizers come out before your meal and ask what they don’t have on the menu. Overall good experience.

Napoli's is a charming Italian restaurant that offers a delightful dining experience. The atmosphere is very nice, and the service is exceptional. Guests can enjoy a drink at the bar while waiting for their food. The Lasagna is outstanding, and the salads are very good. The Shrimp Scampi is as good as the ones found in cities with "little Italy's" back east, and the Pasta Sampler, featuring Lasagna, Manicotti, and Cheese Ravioli, is piping hot and very yummy. The Chicken Marsala, though tasty, had a thin Marsala sauce that didn't fully coat the noodles. The staff is attentive and friendly, making guests feel welcomed. The food is consistently excellent, with popular choices like pasta primavera, spaghetti, ravioli, gnocchi, and eggplant parmesan. The marinara sauce is excellent, and the restaurant offers gluten-free options. The restaurant is especially great for families, as kids enjoy the pizza and other meals. The atmosphere is simple but inviting, and many customers praise the signature 'pink' sauce, made with vodka, which is highly recommended. The rolls are fresh and delicious, and the Caesar Salad greens are crisp. Overall, Napoli's is a gem worth discovering, with a classy ambiance, fantastic food, and top-notch service. However, some recent visits have noted issues like watered-down drinks and mussels that shouldn't have left the kitchen, but these moments are balanced by attentive staff and tasty bread and salads.
