Without a doubt, some of the worst Italian food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I ordered the Taste of Italy plate which included chicken parmesan, lasagna, and fettuccine alfredo—and every item missed the mark.
The chicken parmesan was drowning in sauce, leaving the breading completely soggy. The lasagna was maybe 1/4” thick, and I’m still not convinced it was actually lasagna and not just a scoop of noodles and meat sauce. The fettuccine tasted more like buttered noodles than alfredo. Both the food runner and server were unbothered when we asked about the quality of the food, especially the lasagna, and no offer was made to address our concerns.
I dare say Olive Garden does it better - both in food quality and atmosphere.

Lovely, comfortable Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is quite simple, but very inviting. The food was very good. We had shrimp scampi and linguine and clams in white wine sauce. The chocolate flourless cake was to die for, the white chocolate raspberry cheese cake was excellent. But the waitress made the evening for us. Incredibly nice and helpful throughout. Although we were just visiting Cheyenne for the weekend, we would love to go back and try more things on the menu.

The food was absolutely spectacular (I highly recommend any of the dishes with their signature 'pink' sauce - a blend of vodka & fettuccine sauces). The service was absolutely top-notch as well!

Napoli's used to be better. This visit my martini was very watered down, hardly tasting the Belvedere...I sent it back. The bar tender came over and me how I wanted my martini made...really!?!¡ For one of our plates, all of the mussels were dead, except for one that opened...it never should have left the kitchen like that! The Fettuccine alfredo was mostly cream, I couldn't taste any parmesan. However the rolls were fresh & delicious, and the Ceasar Salad greens were fresh & crisp. Our server wasn't busy, and so was attentive. The noise level was moderate, pleasant, and allowed us to talk without feeling we had to whisper.

For the cowboy state, it's a good Italian restaurant. As far as Italian food, I've had much better. The rolls were very fresh and soft. The salads were fresh greens. The Taste of Italy was good, but not exceptional. The Penne ala vodka with chicken was good, the pink sauce was tasty and the chicken was tender. The service was excellent. The art deco interior made the room very comfortable.

The last two times we have made reservations for our birthdays and requested the round room…the first time, last year, they gave our reservation to the group in front of us, who didn’t even have a reservation! Then put us in the back room in the dark! Tonight they gave our reservation to a group of 8 in the round room when we had already requested it for a group of six! We left and won‘t be back! Benny the manager wouldn’t even come out to confront us. Way to lose customers!
First time there and the food was delicious.. we will be back.

We ordered takeout so we went in and had a drink at the bar while we waited for our food. The drinks were good and the service was exceptional. The owner, Ben was very nice, thank you Ben! We ordered Spaghetti, calamari and tiramisu. It was all so good! I highly recommend this restaurant.
