Wow what a great surprise in Cheyenne. Best sushi we've had in Cheyenne, Casper, Fort Collins, Greeley, Gillette, anywhere. Pricing is reasonable and the fried softshel crab in a soft bun is amazing. We were truly impressed by the nice staff. The presentation of the food is also unique on dark stoneware plates and small floral decoration on the sushi plate. We live in Glendo, WY and we'll be making the trip just for this place.
Being landlocked, I am picky about my sushi. The food is not bad for Cheyenne. I don’t think it’s the best I’ve had compared to sashimi/sushi from Korea, Japan, CA, HI, etc…but I’ll eat here and HiSushi when in town. Customer service is quite under par. Not friendly at all and it’s not that clean in the restaurant. Ramen is so-so and on the salty side while sushi is on the same level. I've been here probably 15-20 times now. It's always clean, and usually does have a few seats available. Honestly good prices too and the food and presentation is on point and appreciated. My favorite is the takoyaki if I didn't bucher the spelling and also the rocky mountain roll! Everything I've had has been delicious and well priced

Hokkaido Ramen is a favorite spot with incredible food. The ramen, sushi, and dumplings are some of the best ever. The server is nice and attentive, and the staff is friendly, ready to accommodate needs. The restaurant is tastefully decorated with a great atmosphere, and the portions are large. It is downtown, so you can walk off food. Parking can be hard to find.
