I ordered a turkey bacon avocado sandwich but what I got was something else entirely. when I asked about the sandwich I was told they no longer serve it. They should of told me when I was ordering not by giving me something else entirely. Furthermore I was told that nothing could be done.
Came in for a quick lunch, Panera's have a good reputation. Got the 1/2 Sandwich- Cup of Soup combo. Sandwich was excellent. Autumn Harvest soup was recommended, but too much sugar (took 2 sips). Not a big deal, but asked if I could have the Tomato instead.
Today at 11 Manager said, "We don't normally do this but I will do it this one time." Keep your cup of soup. Keep your business. I really do not like how your management talked to me in front of other customers....read full review
