The restaurant is experiencing some growing pains as new management has taken over. The menu is smaller, the prices are about average for a steakhouse, and the kitchen prepared the food perfectly. Our waiter was Chris. He is new to serving, but has managed to pick up the skill quickly.
Stopped by this spot after visiting Terry Bison Ranch next door, and while I would still recommend this for a quick and convenient bite to eat if you're visiting the ranch/driving by, I wasn't terribly impressed with the food. Most of their dishes are American comfort foods, so don't expect them to be prepared in an excellent or extravagant fashion. I ordered a medium rare Prime Rib steak and it was well done and had a terrible amount of gristle, sent it back. The second one was closer to medium. The baked potato seemed like it was days old, the asparagus was the best part of the meal. Not anywhere close to being worth $42. One would think that in Wyoming you couldn’t get a bad steak.
