“Our most recent trip to Sonic on Del Range was exceptional. We placed our (quite large) order at the stall and they updated us while they were completing the order. When the order took took a little longer to complete (the chicken sandwich was holding the order up), a runner came out to update us and offer a free drink of our choice.Upon receiving our order a few short minutes later, everything was intact. However, our delayed chicken sandwich was a little undercooked. But, I showed the sandwich to the team lead and she took immediate action! She offered to replace the sandwich and gave us a free footlong chili cheese coney! In addition, she made sure we understood that she had done an immediate training session with the rest of the kitchen staff.Sometimes, you just have to give them a chance to fix a mistake!
