update to cancellation policy on Supper reservations, if the weather and driving conditions to get to the diner is questionable (and we dont know the weather situation 24 hours in advance) the charge should be waived or powered. we like to support "local" but won't be making a special trip again.
We came in, sat down and were not helped for a significant amount of time. Once the menus came we let the server know we already knew what we wanted and she still walked away. She then came back and we ordered bowls of chili, shakes and one beer. A family came in after we ordered to get shakes to go and the server made theirs while we were still waiting for ours and the beer. Food came and we still had no drinks.
