We ate at the restaurant and were not disappointed! We both had prime rib and soup/salad bar! Service great, friends and on top of our drink level. We did get there right before it started getting busy, and we observed the staff staying busy but not rushed.
We really enjoy the Sunday Prime Rib buffet they serve. It can be hit or miss whether the prime rib is over cooked, but even when it is we usually enjoy our meal there. We’ve also eaten there other days of the week and order off menu and are always happy with our meals. We also are happy when we get Tammy as our server, she’s always on top of things and is very pleasant.
We were very disappointed in our experience at the Irma Restaurant this time. We have visited several times before and the food and atmosphere has always been wonderful. The atmosphere was as expected, but the food was not up to par. My steak salad was a small piece of grisly, fatty steak on a plate sparsely sprinkled with bagged lettuce, a few cheese shreds and a couple of tomatoes. They were out of several entrees, our server was obviously very busy and the service was slow....
