First time customer here. Just loved the idea of a butcher shop and a lovely place to eat!Had a hankering for a burger and this place did NOT disapoint! Great, friendly staff, esp butcher was very helpful explaining what was available to purchase fresh or frozen.There is a LOCAL DISCOUNT so be sure to ask for that on fresh/frozen meat. Delicious burgers and fries. Very friendly staff. Good selection of local beers on tap. Not real sure how it is we were the only people here just after 6 at night. They also have an amazing selection of local meats packaged to go. Wish we lived closer.

We had Bison burgers, fries and the Mac & cheese. Zero regrets. Buffalo Bill had good sauce, and awesome bacon. The Hayden had fresh jalapeños, excellent flavor. The fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. And I’d eat that Mac & cheese every day if I could. Service was excellent start to finish.
