“If anyone told me this truckstop fried chicken was as good as it is I would probably not have believed them but I’m going to tell you. This is the best fried chicken I’ve had since some friends took me out to a famous restaurant in Washington DC. I’m literally blown away by this fried chicken. The white meat breast was incredibly juicy and moist. I don’t know when I’ll be coming down this road again but when I do I’m pulling over to get a bucket of it.”

“I had the pleasure of trying Blend Coffee & Co, a couple weeks ago, and I have to say, not only was the gal I spoke with very nice, my coffee was AMAZING!!!! I don’t venture out for new coffee shops often, because most of them are way too strong, (I’ve been a blonde roast Starbucks person for years!!) and so I generally end up tossing it out. Well this particular day, I needed a pick me up while I was in Douglas and so I decided to grab a small coffee and continue on my way. It tasted soooo amazing, smooth, light and delicious!! I definitely should have gotten a larger size. I’ll be back again soon I hope.”

“My husband and I happened to stop at the Newcastle location this morning on the way home from our vacation and we were very happy we did. The crew was super friendly, and our coffees and pastries were delicious! We don’t usually leave reviews but we couldn’t stop talking about this place as soon as we left. Maybe Sips will make it to Cheyenne one day? If we pass through again we will be stopping.”

“Food was homemade and very fresh. Stopped in while passing through the other day and liked it so much we stopped in again as we were headed home. I can’t remember the last time I had Chinese food this good. Each dish was made to order. If you ask for it spicy it will be spicy. The options are level 1 - 10. 5 was perfect for me. Anything above that is for the adventurous! It is very authentic!”

“Prime rib was really good. My wife always eats a filet but to our astonishment this restaurant doesn’t even offer a filet. We asked our waitress and she said she didn’t know what that even was. IMO the Derby is missing some sales on this item. Food was slow in arriving but good when it did arrive. They were busy so that could explain the delay. We are from Mississippi but are in Wyoming every year from early August to late October. We will eat here again.”
