“Food was homemade and very fresh. Stopped in while passing through the other day and liked it so much we stopped in again as we were headed home. I can’t remember the last time I had Chinese food this good. Each dish was made to order. If you ask for it spicy it will be spicy. The options are level 1 - 10. 5 was perfect for me. Anything above that is for the adventurous! It is very authentic!”

“We were in the area and wanted chicken fingers for dinner. We found Krispy Krunchy online. Discovering that it was inside a gas station/convenience store was off putting, but we decided to trust the reviews. DELICIOUS! Crunchy HUGE fingers with a little kick! Order was 10 fingers plus a honey biscuit. All for under $20!!!”

The Plains Trading Post Restaurant has a friendly atmosphere and a nice local feel. The food was okay — nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out either. The service was good and the staff were friendly and attentive. It’s worth noting that it’s still a smoking restaurant, with only the main dining room being non-smoking, which might not appeal to everyone. Overall, a decent stop if you’re passing through, but there’s room for improvement.”

“I have tried matcha in Florida, San Diego, Vegas, Montana, and Wyoming….. blend has the BEST MATCHA EVER 🍵!!!! I also love that you can add collagen for just an extra glow! My favorite food items are the berry açaí bowl in the summer and the warm hippie bowl in the winter! The place is definitely a vibe as well! Used to go all the time and will have to visit the next time I’m in town!!!”

“Prime rib was really good. My wife always eats a filet but to our astonishment this restaurant doesn’t even offer a filet. We asked our waitress and she said she didn’t know what that even was. IMO the Derby is missing some sales on this item. Food was slow in arriving but good when it did arrive. They were busy so that could explain the delay. We are from Mississippi but are in Wyoming every year from early August to late October. We will eat here again.”
