The lady who took our order was so sweet. She made sure we got everything we needed/didn't forget anything. As well as the lady who handed us our food, her name was Serenity. Good quality service. The space was clean and the food was as good as always. I rarely stop at an Arby's and am from out of town so seeing a fast food chain with amazing workers is always fun. :)

Douglas Arby's has changed for the best since last year. The service is top notch, friendly and fast. We had our food before our payment went through. Super clean and employees were continuing to stock supplies and clean the dining area between customers.
