This place is super cool. The lady made our family night awesome when she turned the regular lights off and turned on these amazing black lights! The kids loved the glowing bowling balls! It was so awesome that we've decided to have our nephews' b-day there!

The girls who worked last night( July 15) were amazing...very helpful!!! Great attitudes and super friendly. 5 ☆ for the girls alone. The bowling alley was clean and ready for the busy evening.

Would not recommend this place, the workers are on their phones the whole time and don’t give you the time of day. They are a little rude when you ask them questions. Asked them for something to eat and refused to make it cause “it was too messy” and she didn’t want to clean then continued on her phone. Told a guy not to bring a drink in from the outside but another chick was allowed. Says no smoking but the workers are allowed to. Poor work quality in my opinion .

I’m only giving this place 1 star because they HAD a private party at 4 pm on a Saturday. Went in at 8:30, entire place was empty not a soul besides the employees and they still wouldn’t let us bowl (open till 11 on Saturday) super disappointing :(

We were stuck in Douglas with our 3 and 5 year old boys due to closed roads and spent 6 hours here bowling, eating, and playing games! This place is fantastic!!! It has to be the cleanest, nicest bowling alley I’ve ever been to! Highly recommend!!

We arrived at 830 on a Friday night and were treated poorly from the beginning. It was clear they were ready to close and despite spending almost $200 on bowling and drinks they were clearly not interested in our business. Bowling was fun but the comment on the way out the door was “he loves to mop so keep walking all over”. Probably will drive to Casper to bowl from now on ?
