Grew up with Taco John's in my home town so on the way through from Texas to Montana I thought it would be a great place to stop and show my buddies what it was all about. One of the guys in my group asked the lady for a cup of hot water. She about lost her stuff over a hot water. She made it VERY clear that there is NO hot water, throwing a fit and acting ridiculous about it. You would have thought he asked for her first born the way she carried on. Then the only other patron who was in line behind us went to get his food and she made a major deal out of making sure he had the right order even though there was NOBODY else in the joint. In all my 54 years I have never seen anybody act such a fool. The food was OK at best but we really didn't even get to enjoy that the way she was carrying on and shooting dirty looks our way every time she came out. I know none of the people I was traveling with will ever step foot in a Taco John's after they experience we had at the Douglas, WY Taco John's and I can't really blame them.

Had a little hiccup. On a order and when I came back, they completely made it right and then some um. They treated me well with respect. And we're just amazing all the way around. They they bent over backwards to make it right. Good news amazing service.
