I really enjoyed having a nice lunch at this rustic family owed country BBQ restaurant. According to locals they are know for their fried catfish, brisket, and ribs. I can confirm that the fried catfish comes in large portions and is perfectly crispy on the outside and delicate and flaky on the inside, I would definitely order it again. The brisket is also delicious with a sweet and tangy homemade sauce and the mac and cheese is homemade. The staff is very friendly and welcomed...
Had this place for the first time and WOW! We ordered our meal to go and the portions were huge and the meat was soooo delicious! I am very very impressed with the food. We will continue to make this a regular spot. The inside is so cozy and cute. I kick myself for not coming sooner!
The food is delicious. They are not set up as a restaurant. They cater for events and do a great job at that, they are just not very efficient when it comes to being a restaurant. Most of the personnel are friendly. It just takes forever to get your food and they tend to run out of food items. We have been 3 times and my wife is yet to get any ribs. On the other hand, the catfish is the best I've had.
