“I’m fairly new to my gluten allergy (among many others) but it is severe. The team working last Sunday evening was outstanding— not only do they offer the Udi’s GF crust, but they change gloves and do a thorough hand washing between all steps; sanitize a separate prep area, and use separate ingredients for placement on a GF, Celiac, or other allergy prep pizza, then wrap it in this area before they move on to something else. They are very knowledgeable about allergies and what is needed to prevent cross-contamination and possible exposure to the allergen, as well as the possible consequences to those of us who have been dealt this awful card.Strong work, ladies!! “I would say the food was just okay, we had a pizza, which was a very thin crust with minimal toppings, not really anything special. The restaurant is hooked to a bowling alley and looks to be more of a bar than a restaurant. Our service was great.“
