Took my grandson for his birthday. Got there at 11:45 am and nobody was in line. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes for someone to take my order until I realized that I have to put my own order in the kiosk. I finally figured out how to order off the kiosk and it wouldn't let me pay with my debit card then the screen went back to the order screen, so I wasn't sure it actually took my order. I love Wendy's. The food is always delicious. However, the Wendy's in Evanston has completely converted to self-ordering through use of tablets set up around the lobby. When I went to the counter they told me they are not allowed to take orders at the counter and I had to place them myself through the kiosk. Odd how my combo costs almost double what it did 5 years ago, and I have to place the order myself. I will find other food options when in Evanston.

went through the drive thru. ordered 2 baconators a med fry 6 pc nugget a grilled chicken wrap and a large strawberry lemonade. got everything but the wrap but didn't realize until I was home. called and the gentleman who picked up was apologetic, asked if I could come back they'd give me a wrap and allow me a free item.
