Center Bar is a cool little bar with a friendly staff and affordable beer. On quiet nights, it's a relaxed spot, but as more people arrive, the atmosphere becomes lively. However, cigarette smoke can be a drawback. With its warm welcomes and memorable experiences, it's a great spot to create new memories.
