Ranch and Roost Reviews
food was very greasy, was charged for toppings that never got put on sons burger, my wife chicken sandwich tasted like grease instead of chicken. the tater tots were amazing along with the sampler flight. everything is separate, you pay for burger, fries and drink. it might be that kinks still need to be worked. not good food for the price
The food is amazing! Made fresh and perfect just for me. Melissa is the best!
Had a great experience! The wait for our food was about 10-15 minutes max once we ordered. I truly can’t remember exact time. But to me, no different than waiting at a regular restaurant. We did go at lunch rush, so it was busy. Absolutely not mad about it. Totally worth the wait. LOVED the tater kegs, and crave sauce. Sweet tea was on point. I loved that they brought our food to us so we didn’t have to wait inside and take up space. Everyone was super friendly and apologized...read full review

Ranch and Roost is a popular spot to enjoy fresh, tasty food in a friendly atmosphere. The hand-cut fries, burgers, and chicken are cooked well and can be customized for dietary needs like gluten, dairy, and egg allergies. The fries are salted just right, and the strawberry lemonade is very good. The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated inside, even if it doesn’t look like much from the outside. The service is friendly and efficient, making for a pleasant dining experience. The burgers are juicy, flavorful, and often considered the best around, with two thin patties and fresh toppings on a great bun. The Mushroom Swiss double smash burger with bacon, mushrooms, and cheese is notably incredible, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The chicken sandwiches are praised for being juicy and well-seasoned, although some guests have found the breading to be lighter than expected. The truffle aioli with the tater kegs is highly recommended and seems to have a special touch. Many guests enjoy the fresh beef patties and hand-cut fries, especially on nice days when they take their food outside to the large open area between Ranch & Roost and Big Lost. While the seating inside is limited, there is plenty of space outside, and nearby places extend the dining options for larger groups. Despite the higher prices, many say the quality and taste make it worth it. Overall, Ranch and Roost offers consistently good food, friendly staff, and a delightful place to eat.
