As many of you know, my love for Mexican food is like no other,. Mi casita did not disappoint The service was good,quick, and friendly. We wanted to try a local restaurant and chose Mi Casita. Located on Flaming Gorge Way across from the Sweetwater Museum, parking may be tricky, so plan ahead if you go during busy times. The furniture is a bit dated, but the decorations were cute. I had the chicken tostadas and loved it. Portions were smaller than I expected compared to other restaurants of similar menus. I've been enjoying mi casita since 2012! They do have new owners now but they are still delicious and serving old menu items as well. I recommend the high school special with green sauce and table salsa in the burritos or the quesa birria!!! Yum yum yum!!! Always hot and fresh!!!
