Two employees running the entire place on the most gorgeous day of the year thus far??? Took over an hour and a half to receive our food. Not offered a free beverage or comp’d meal. Not given water. You’re better off driving to Des Moines or Indianola on the weekend if you want a nice lunch. It’s sad when small town restaurants aren’t staffed appropriately so the community can enjoy them and give back to the families running them! Good luck, we will never be back! 😊
Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, local coffee hangout for the old guys- highly recommend.
Love finding local places like this on our travels across the country. The food was great and the people were even better!
