Loved the 26 hot yoga class went today for my first time. Teacher was very knowledgeable and welcoming!
I had a spectacular class with Heidi Christine! She introduced me to new poses, had great verbal direction and adjusted me perfectly during the class. I would highly suggest going to one of Heidi’s classes.
Having taken serval classes here and have enjoyed all. It is a wonderfully relaxing and spiritual place. The teachers are all great and have their own journey to share! I leave each class lengthened, head clear and ready to take on the day. It is by far the best Yogi studio!!!!
