“The chips and salsa were delicious, spicy and very authentic. I ordered the taco salad with green ground beef, which was small, but delicious, and my husband got the Molé enchiladas, which were a bit sweet, but his dish was a very great size. Overall, amazing meal amazing Mexican meal and Jackson hole. Highly recommend. Margaritas came in three sizes small, medium and jumbo, and the jumbo size is the size of your head..“
“We had to return to Hatch after being in Jackson last summer where we had a great experience. This time we brought our friends who fell in love with it too! Service is so fast, staff is very friendly and the food and drinks are amazing!! Come for happy hour and make sure you try a spicy hatch or mezcal margarita! The chicken tacos and tortilla soup were some of our favs! And the guac/salsa with chip to start is a no brainer!Dietary restrictions: All tacos are made gluten free!“
“Fiesta always delivers. Off the beaten tourist path with legit Mexican food. The red sauce has some bite so douse your enchilada at your own peril. Love this place one of the first restaurants I went to when I moved up here from Texas. I would out this joint up against any place in Austin, TX with the exception of Polvo’s.“
“We were staying at the lodge next door and ate at the steakhouse our first night, second night we were tired and just wanted quick casual bite to eat. We each ordered carne asada tacos, they were out of pork already. They brought out chips and salsa. The chips were a thicker crunchy type chip, which were tasty. The crushed tomato based salsa was really good. It was our favorite. Bright, fresh tasting, and a little spicy. When the tacos came, our nice server brought out the green and orange hot sauce. She warned us that the orange one was really spicy, so we only did a quick taste. It was very hot-hotter than we enjoy. So, we stuck to the green sauce and the tomato salsa. We even took some salsa to go. All for $21 dollars before tip.We got stuffed and woke up the next morning still talking about how delicious everything was. We had to leave the next day, so we couldn't/t go back, bet we would have in a heartbeat. It will be on our list to eat there every day next time we go to Jackson.“
“Kalu is great! (Local!) family owned and operated. Their tacos Al Pastor are the best in town, actually made on a trompo, the vertical rotisserie. I like that they have some other dishes from Latin American countries too, that’s unique. However when I eat here I go for Mexican. Staff are friendly and obviously want to get things right. Kalu also has fun events like Latin dance nights and other parties. Great place to hold your private event as they are very accommodating to your vision and needs. Also Tuesdays they have a great deal on Tacos, $3.50 each or something like that!“
“1st time here & we love Tex-Mex food! Everything was good! Fast, friendly service & we had just arrived from a long ride into town & I trust trip advisor for recommendations so I checked the list for Mexican restaurants & found this one. When in Jackson, WY again, I’ll be happy to enjoy Merry Piglets Mexican Grill !!“
