Lots of places to get a tea, or coffee, in Jackson, in fact there are at least two other Starbucks. However, only the Starbucks at Smith’s has Rita working there, so it’s the only one worth going to! I once mentioned to her that I was taking a tea back to Teton village for my girlfriend and she made sure that it was made extra hot to last the 20 minute drive. I came back a week or so later and she not only recognized me but asked if I needed my drink extra hot for the drive....
Ordered ahead as I did not want to wait and the order was incorrect again. They acted like it was my fault it was wrong, and I should have taken what they made me. No apologies, just here is your new drink. It's a little frustrating.
